Why the USBRS is so important !!

I have recently learned what the USBRS or U.S. Bicycle Route System. I have in recent years biked further and further, shooting for multiple day trips by bike. I quickly learned that a safe roadway was key to making it back. Enter the USBRS; they are creating roads that span the whole country, making it safe for us all to travel great distances with relative safe and realiable ways. Here is a quick bite from their site, I highly recommend researching.

"What if cycling across the country was as easy as following the numbers? The U.S. Bicycle Route System (USBRS) will give you the ability to ride officially numbered and signed bicycle routes from your backyard to anywhere in the United States.

To date, nearly 12,000 miles of U.S. Bicycle Routes have been approved in 25 states. When complete, the USBRS will encompass 50,000 miles of routes and open up new opportunities for cross-country travel, regional touring, and commuting by bicycle."

Changing over to Bootstrap
